If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help make things right with a straightforward refund and exchange process.
You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a refund or exchange.
Conditions for a Refund or Exchange
To ensure your request can be processed smoothly, please make sure the item meets the following conditions:

Unused & Unwashed: The garment must be in its original, brand-new condition. We cannot accept items that have been worn, used, or washed.

Original Packaging: The item must be returned in the same packaging it was received in, with all original tags attached.

Proof of Purchase: Please have your order number or receipt ready.
Our Refund Process: Fair & Honest
If you wish to return an item for a refund, here is our simple promise to you:

Request a Return: Contact our customer care team within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.

Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the conditions above.

Full Refund: In line with our core values and the beautiful Sunnah of our beloved Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ), we believe in fair and honest dealings. Therefore, if your refund is approved, you will receive the full amount of the product price back. We do not deduct any restocking or processing fees.
Please Note: You will be responsible for covering the delivery charges to send the item back to us.
Our Exchange Policy
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or design, the process is just as simple.

Check Eligibility: The item you wish to exchange must meet the same conditions as a refund (unwashed, unused, and in original packaging).

Contact Us: Get in touch with our team within 7 days to arrange the exchange.

Send it Back: Once confirmed, you can send the original item back to us. After we receive and inspect it, we will dispatch your new item.
Please Note: The customer is responsible for the delivery charges for both sending the original item back to us and for having the new exchanged item delivered.
